Are you pulling in every direction online? Today it’s ecom, tomorrow it’s selling t-shirts, the next day it’s viral traffic software that will get you 5,000 visitors at the click of a button! Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. In this article you will learn what you need to do to build a consistent business online in just 4 steps.
The best thing you have learned over the years is 1, yes 1 focus in a single way and don't stop until you perfect it. If you wander through ecommerce, twitter, physical products, email marketing, video channel marketing, etc., you'll find the list in a year, and you'll be right back in Square 1.
Anyway - let's say you've chosen email marketing (some personal favorites).
1 year later, business that you can bring conservative, easy, 50 / day ...
Month 1 - You set up your landing page, list and email order and start marketing
Every day, you drive up to 50 visitors to your landing page (either free traffic such as blogging, Facebook posts, Twitter posts, whitewashed etc.) or paid traffic, around. Spend 0.40 / click * 50 clicks / day = $ 20 / day Ad spend
If the opt on your page is converted to 35% (mostly average), you will get about. 17 new customers every day.
17 * 30 = 510 subscribers per month
(Some will be omitted and subscribed now, but presumably here)
Month 2 = 1020 subscribers
Month 3 = 1530 subscribers
And doing the same thing every day after 1 year (50 visits, 17 subscribers per day)
You will have 6,120 members in your email list
Now - I couldn't even get into the broken part of your list building. When you send 50 clicks per day to your landing page - that way you can pay visitors and direct them to an offer that allows you to be approved and monetize if they buy. Don’t sell things to them - recommend things to them.
Like, hey, this email is all about getting traffic to your blog / website / ecom site. I’ve come across this great show that shows you how to use social media and get 50 visitors for just one hour of work every day! Pretty neat, so if you have trouble getting traffic, check it out if you have a minute.
And then enter the offer link in your email.
It's a bit more than that but I think you got the idea ... day after day focus, month after month and if you really take it seriously you can have a good sized email list in just one year. If you double your efforts = after one year = 100 times in your day = 12,240 customers if doubled.
Why do you think the big names in this arena always show how they're doing $ 1000 + peer day online?
That's why ...
They started 10 years ago - they started strong and received more than 100 visits per day to their landing pages and built up email lists in the 100's with 500,000 to 1,000,000 people on their list.
Now - of course people subscribe and what not, but they keep adding more subscribers.
When they email their list of 500,000 subscribers, they will probably get 10,000-15-15,000 to open it and 2000-2000 more to click the link ... Now if they are really good and have a great relationship with their list - they can send Make a single email and 10,000 10,000 a single day. This is not unusual, but you have to start somewhere.
